St George’s Parish Logo

Origins of the Parish Logo

St. George’s logo  was introduced in December of 2013. The knowledge that branding often provides an anchoring force within a community, was the motivation behind the development of the logo for St. George’s Parish.

Ms. Margit Feichtinger of Eging (Germany), a graphic artist and sister of Pastor Msgr. Hans Feichtinger, created the design and graciously gifted it to St. George’s Parish in the Fall of 2013.

St. George’s logo depicts the legendary battle of Saint George with the dragon, long heralded to be a symbolic battle of true faith and righteous zeal over the forces of darkness.
